Per Diem, 8:30A - 5P must be available for weekday and weekend coverage. Located in Inpatient Cornell Rehab a 28 bed unit. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy required. Licensed as a physical therapist by the Department of Professional Regulations in the State of Florida. CPR certified in BLS (Health Care Provider).
